Dominic J. Iagrossi is an accomplished entrepreneur, business development executive, and international transaction specialist with more than three decades of experience across global trade, private finance, healthcare, hospitality, importing, and distribution. He has founded, operated, and scaled businesses while developing cross-border supply relationships and coordinating the commercial, legal, financial, and logistical resources required to execute complex transactions.
Dominic began his entrepreneurial career in hospitality, owning and operating successful restaurant and nightlife ventures, including Facades Nightclub and Restaurant (NY). These businesses established his foundation in operations, marketing, customer development, financial management, negotiation, and team leadership.
He later expanded into private finance and transaction services through Beverly Finance and 5 Star Global Processing. In 2006, he founded DINORIO Imports and continues to serve as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Ironcrest International builds on the international trade legacy of DINORIO Imports, established in 2006. Through DINORIO, he developed international sourcing and supply-chain programs involving construction materials imported from China and medical products manufactured in South Korea. These initiatives strengthened his expertise in supplier qualification, international procurement, logistics, and cross-border commercial execution.
Dominic subsequently entered the retail healthcare sector, where he built Generic RX Pharmacies into a multimillion-dollar operation generating approximately $6 million in annual sales. He later completed the sale of the company to Walgreens, one of the nation's largest pharmacy chains. The acquisition marked a significant milestone in his entrepreneurial career and demonstrated his ability to lead growth in a regulated industry, build scalable distribution operations, manage strategic relationships, and position a company for a successful corporate transaction.
As President and CEO of Ironcrest International LLC, Dominic leads a global sourcing and distribution platform focused on cement, metals, agricultural commodities, poultry, and other essential industrial products. He directs business development, international relationship management, transaction strategy, supplier and buyer coordination, and collaboration with legal counsel, logistics providers, financial partners, and other stakeholders.
Dominic has developed a broad network of relationships across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. His leadership approach emphasizes direct communication, disciplined due diligence, commercial transparency, and the protection of all parties involved in a transaction. He is recognized for identifying viable opportunities, building trust across jurisdictions and cultures, and assembling the qualified teams necessary to advance transactions from initial concept through execution.
Dominic attended Brookdale Community College on a baseball scholarship and competed in a nationally successful junior-college baseball program. He later continued his collegiate baseball career and studied business at Lynn University. The discipline, competitiveness, and leadership developed through athletics continue to inform his approach to entrepreneurship, negotiation, and executive decision-making.
